2. About Josie AI Lite

Josie AI Lite provides educational content for aspiring and current virtual assistants, including a structured 20-day program, audio lessons, quizzes, practical tasks, progress tracking, a completion certificate, and links to external job boards.

3. Educational use

The content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Josie AI Lite does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, or professional advice. Completing the program does not guarantee employment, clients, income, certification by a professional body, or any specific business result.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use Josie AI Lite lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly post substantial portions of the app’s lessons, audio, graphics, or other content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the app or website.
• Use the content or services to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Misrepresent a Josie AI Lite completion certificate as a government license, academic degree, or professional accreditation.

5. Intellectual property

Josie AI Lite and its original lessons, audio, visual assets, branding, and software are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Josie AI Lite for your own learning.

6. Your certificate name and progress

You are responsible for entering an accurate and appropriate name for your certificate. Learning progress and the certificate name are stored locally as described in our Privacy Policy. You may reset progress or change the certificate name through the app’s Settings page.

7. Third-party services and job boards

Josie AI Lite may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse every listing, employer, client, product, policy, or practice found there. You are responsible for evaluating opportunities, checking for scams, reviewing third-party terms, and protecting your personal and financial information.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Josie AI Lite. We do not guarantee that every feature or external link will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josie AI Lite is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content will meet every user’s needs or that use will produce a particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Josie AI Lite, reliance on its educational content, or interaction with an external website, employer, client, or job listing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law remain unaffected.
